Trade in milliseconds

Give your strategy the advantage it deserves with fast and reliable execution, no matter the size of your trade.

Why the order execution process matters

Whether it’s instant or market execution, every pip matters to a trader. Just one pip can mean a higher gain or a more mitigated risk. That’s why we take our responsibility to provide fast order execution seriously. The more efficient the order execution process, the better your strategy will perform.

Good order execution is the backbone of a trading strategy. It is our responsibility as a leading broker to be that backbone for our traders.

Frequently asked questions

An execution order is an instruction to buy or sell a security on behalf of a client. A broker can execute these orders using various methods, aiming to achieve the best possible execution as per the client's conditions. Brokers are legally required to ensure efficient transactions at the most favorable market prices. At Exness, orders are placed through digital trading platforms like the Exness Terminal, Exness Trade app, and MetaTrader 5. Orders are then processed using advanced automated systems.

Instant execution is when brokers execute your order at the exact price you request or it is not executed at all. If the market price changes while placing the order, the broker will offer a requote, allowing you to either accept the new price or cancel the order. If you frequently face requotes, you can adjust the deviation setting, allowing the system to accept prices within your predefined acceptable range automatically.

Market execution is when orders are executed instantly at the current market price, which may differ from the price you see due to continuous price fluctuations. This type of execution ensures fast trading with immediate access to the market.

At Exness, order execution involves both instant and market execution methods which are tailored to different trading strategies and risk preferences. The policy ensures stable spreads during volatile periods, quick execution with minimal slippage and rejections, and transparent slippage rules for fair execution. These execution models provide traders with deep liquidity and minimal market impact.

At Exness, the trade order execution process uses instant and market execution, to ensure swift and reliable entry into the market once you've set up your account and are ready to trade.

After registering and verifying your account, and making your initial deposit, you can select your trading platform and add your preferred instruments. Whether you’re using the Exness Terminal or the Exness Trade app, you execute a trade by choosing to buy or sell an instrument. The trade is then processed using  the instant or market execution method, filling your orders at your requested price or the best available current market price.

Each account type comes with a specific set of execution settings depending on your chosen trading account type. All Standard accounts – Standard Cent, Standard – come with market execution. Professional accounts like Raw Spread and Zero are also offered with market execution. The Pro account comes with instant execution for all trading instruments, and market execution for all crypto instruments, and a selection of currencies.

With market execution, Exness fills orders at the best available market price at the time with nearly instantaneous execution speed, even during periods of high volatility. For instant execution, Exness offers a reduced requote rate, so trades are executed with minimal interruptions.

Instant execution orders are closed the same way they are opened; immediately at the current market price as soon as the broker receives the order, provided that the price is within a specified range or tolerance set by the trader. If the price changes significantly or is outside the acceptable range, the order may be requoted and/or rejected based on the set deviation.
