Exness (SC) Ltd is now an authorized ODP provider by South Africa’ FSCA Important Update: Client Agreement Amendment We are pleased to announce that Exness (SC) Ltd has been authorized as an Over-The-Counter Derivatives Provider (ODP) by the Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA) in South Africa. As part of this milestone, we have updated our Client Agreement to include Appendix A, which outlines the additional terms governing our business relationship with clients and counterparties based in South Africa. Please note that Appendix A applies exclusively to South African clients and does not affect clients from other regions. The updated Client Agreement, including Appendix A, is now available on our website. We encourage all South African clients to review it carefully to understand the terms applicable to our services. Furthermore, we recommend that all clients, regardless of location, review the updated Client Agreement in its entirety, as the continuation of the business relationship with Exness (SC) Ltd will be deemed acceptance of these updated terms.
